This policy explains how refunds work for ZonalFit subscriptions, including the 14-day free trial, monthly plans, and annual plans.
14-Day Free Trial
The Charter Member 14-day trial is free. A valid payment method is required at checkout but is not charged during the trial period.
If you cancel before day 15, no charge occurs and your Charter Member subscription will not convert to $14.99/month.
If you do not cancel before day 15, your subscription automatically converts to the Charter Member monthly plan at $14.99/month. Standard monthly cancellation terms apply from that point forward (see below).
Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@zonalfit.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to ZonalFit until that date.
No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you are not charged for the next period, but you are not refunded for the remaining days of the current period.
Annual Subscriptions
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@zonalfit.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual billing period. You retain full access to ZonalFit until that date.
No prorated refunds are issued for unused months on an annual plan. If you cancel after three months, you keep access for the remaining nine months of your term, but you do not receive a refund for those months.
Exceptions
In rare cases (duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented access to the platform), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@zonalfit.com with details.
How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time:
- Inside ZonalFit: Go to your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription."
- By email: Send a cancellation request to hello@zonalfit.com from the email address on your account.
Cancellation is effective immediately upon request. You'll receive a confirmation email and retain access through the end of your current billing period.
