On day 15, your trial ends and your Charter Member subscription begins automatically at $14.99/month. Your payment method on file is charged. If you don't want to continue, cancel before day 15 inside your account settings and no monthly charge will occur.
No. The 2 Week Free Trial is only available on the Charter monthly plan for new signups. Annual plans do not include a trial option.
Once all 500 Charter spots are claimed, new members start at the Standard tier ($19.99/month). Charter Members keep their $14.99 rate and Premium feature access for as long as they maintain their subscription.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access through the end of your billing period.
No. ZonalFit works with whatever equipment you have, from bodyweight-only to a full commercial gym. During onboarding, you tell us your equipment and every exercise is filtered accordingly.
ZonalFit has three training levels: Foundation (beginner), Sculpt (intermediate), and Performance (advanced). Foundation programming uses lighter loads, simpler movement patterns, and more guided exercise cues. The system meets you where you are.
Yes. Our pregnancy programming follows ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) guidelines. Exercises are filtered by trimester with automatic exclusions for supine positions, high-impact movements, and unstable surfaces. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program during pregnancy.
When the Premium tier launches in Q2 2026, it will include wearable integrations (Oura Ring, Apple Watch, and others), advanced analytics, and priority support. As a Charter Member, you get all of these at no price increase when they go live.
As long as you maintain an active Charter Member subscription, your rate stays at $14.99/month or $134.99/year regardless of future price changes. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you would rejoin at the then-current pricing tier.
Yes, most HSA/FSA plans cover ZonalFit through our partner Flex. Here's how it works:
1. Get your Letter of Medical Necessity. Complete a 2-minute chat consultation at Flex with a licensed provider. The consultation costs $15 (itself HSA/FSA eligible) and most letters arrive in under two hours. The letter is valid for one year and covers future ZonalFit expenses.
2. Purchase your ZonalFit subscription. Pay with a standard credit or debit card. Do not use your HSA/FSA card directly.
3. Submit for reimbursement. Send your Letter of Medical Necessity and ZonalFit receipt to your HSA/FSA provider to get reimbursed.
Important: You must complete the Flex consultation before making your purchase. Letters cannot be issued retroactively.
